While the workshops are designed as a series to build skills upon each other: discovering your career path, gaining confidence to express your needs and goals effectively, and lastly, negotiation strategies to implement your plan, attendees are also welcomed to attend the workshops they find most valuable.

Part 1: Your Career Game Plan!

The first of three sessions, this workshop is for self-discovery for those starting their careers and for those transitioning to second (or third, or more!) career journeys.

Now that you have mastered listening (to your inner self) and learned the skills to to communicate confidently and persuasively, it is time to put the skills to use by advocating for yourself!  

Part 3 of the AcceleratHER Career professional development series is an interactive workshop that takes you through the art of negotiation and influence using proven techniques used to garner buy-in. This workshop will cover the skills on how to review and use current and new benefits, equity compensation offered to negotiate for an effective outcome.
